I'm very excited about the Android platform. My wonderful wife found a great deal on two G1's and set both of us up on a data plan with T-mobile. I'm very impressed with the applications I've tried so far. I've connected with the "Utah Mobile Developer's Group" http://utahmobiledev.org/" (on facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=118799331902) Glen, who is starting that group has an addictive enthusiasm for mobile development. I've downloaded Eclipse (recommended J2EE version for the editors), the Android SDK (up to version 2.1) and the plugin for Eclipse. I thought it would be smart to have a place to log some of my experiences, and thus this blog. Now here we go... :)
